Biography: Renowned for her “must have” handbags, Lulu’s creations are carried by 'A' list celebrities including Keira Knightley and Scarlett Johansson.

It was whilst working in the film industry during the 1980s, that Lulu had a great idea for a women’s briefcase. And it was this idea that led to the start-up of her own business from the basement of her house. From briefcases she went on to make a baby bag using Celia Birtwell hand-printed fabrics, and the company grew from there.

The Lulu Guinness brand has now expanded into a number of areas including homeware, interiors, sunglasses and perfume.
